Poor Ayu. It's really a hard decision to make for everyone who has pets. However, it's better this way than to let him suffer in a hospital. I'm sure Ayu will take good care of him and will do everything for him.
Although I didn't have to make the decision, I had a really hard time when my former dog died. She was 14 years old (same age as me back then), so I was lucky to keep her that long by my side. I still cherish our special moments together :heart

Oh my god :( That must be very terrible for Ayu. I wish for the best for her and Marron. I am so used to seeing that dog already, that if it's gone, I'm sure part of Ayu would be gone.

This reminded of the time when I found my cat lying on the ground, I thought she was sleeping and tried to wake her up, turns out she was dead. Cried for hours :weep We fellow pet-lovers feel for you, Ayu!

I can relate to this too...My dog has been undergoing lots of medication for his liver and heart...and eye...it pains to see things like that..

Oh no!! Tears are pouring! Poor Marron!! He's just so cute and adorable! To know he's in pain and all that is heartbreaking! And poor Ayu, she's had Marron for a long time now, since 2001 I think? It's not like she's short of other pets but he's just one of those dogs that's with her on almost every set. I wish he could recover, I wish things could be okay...
