I just had an idea ; I think it would be cool that, since the title of the song is progress (and it will very likely be the A-side of the upcoming single), they could do several CMs showing that "progress", like, in the first one, Ayu alone would sing the chorus a capella, crying, and in the last one, it would be the actual powerful chorus we heard and the PV by Leslie Kee !
(Though I highly doubt Avex will ever do something that 'unusual')

Because I've watching watching Don't look back lately, and I'm impressed each time by how convincing she can be ! It would show the progression from "despair" to the fierce atmosphere of the song ^^

i wish she'd just release it near the end of July and have a summer song (like Sunrise meets July 1st meets Naturally) coupled with it.

I think she should get rid of the crying act for good. I don't see what Kumi and Namie have to do with Ayu's releases and announcements, they all have separate management companies and Amuro releases one single a year...

I think Avex has a release schedule that's planned in advance and it would make sense to give Ayumi a summer single as well. Or at least a post-summer single like in September then.

Even if they have different management companies, they wouldn't release it all on the same day, or week even of course.

Yeah I'm a little surprised the official announcement isn't out yet since I'm waiting for her typical "summer single" which I always love!!!!

I dont like the single to be released on September.
The preview is out since May, and I already know the chorus and part of the verse. I am afraid that when the single comes the song won't be as special and new as it should

I agree, I'm quite surprised over how long this is taking.

However, I do consider the possibility she'll announce it only like 1 or 1.5 month before the release date, instead of like 2 to 3 months (which usually happens).

I'm not even stressing about this for some reason. Usually I'm clinging to the walls waiting for news but I guess I'm finally use to her releasing single/album information hella late.

Summer always feels incomplete without a summer single from Ayu, not gonna lie D:

2008 was, if I remember correctly, the only year that didn't have a summer single. It just doesn't feel right without one xD
