^That siggy made me LOL! :D

And is Ballada already released?

NintendoHTF1242 22nd May 2014 05:44 PM

I mean, technically it's already released since all the new content already leaked; while everything else was previously released lol

CYC? pv, violin, her voice, it's all perfect, she couldn't have done it better (ok maybe one shot with her hair open, floating in the air or something like that haha). I feel it's really "respectful" to the original one. Interested with S19B, hope to have something "similar" (= simple and classic, not something like Four Seasons or HimAWArI...). And Contrail -ballada version- is really beautiful as well.

She looked good but completely dead on the inside. I'm disappointed in the quality of the Pvs, they are all very plain and nothing like her usual high productions. The song was atleast listenable now but I think I'm never going to like it. Contrail though, is beautiful but I think I like the original better.

I'm totally in love with the new version of CAN YOU CELEBRATE? - both the PV and the vocals. It's amazing, really. Contrail Ballada ver. is alright. I prefer the original though. I don't really care for the re-recording for SWEET 19 BLUES. Sounds pretty alright.

I'm trying to figure out the meaning behind the boat scene in Four seasons PV. The colorful dusts clearly represents the four seasons but what's with the Namie and the golden crown? I mean at first Namie is not on/cannot be seen on the boat, the man takes the glass bowl with the crown on it then she appeared on the boat. The man spreads the four season dust one by one, then Namie spread a big dust consisting of all four colors. In the end, the man took the crown and put it back to the glass bowl then throw it back on the water while his body covers Namie's position that I suspect Namie is not there anymore. Any thoughts? lol

I love Namie's look on the GISELe cover! So gorgeous. :heart

The first thing that comes to my mind is Namie Amuro representing "mother nature" (or Gaia) in this video. The final act where she spreads all four colors represents the diversity of one year (you can experience all seasons during the year). Then the golden crown is return to water and cycle repeats. Sailor comes again, picks the golden crown etc.
Water represents some mythical place (perhaps universe) where the golden crown=mother nature=Namie Amuro is "stored" meanwhile.

These are just my thoughts, the video is clearly very abstract so I do not think there is one possible explanation ;) You can interpret it many different ways

marty 27th May 2014 08:29 PM

I suppose that new image is the poster that comes with the first edition bonus of Ballada.
