I don't think there's hope for her or her music career any more. Why does she flop so hard? There's worse artists and songs who chart higher than she does. she at least deserves a little recognition.

Artist has a hit.

Promotion money is pumped into artist.

If next song isn't a hit, there's almost a net loss.

Company reduces promotion.

Next song sells even less.

Rinse and repeat. It's a vicious cycle. I don't get how record companies let it happen so often? It's not like people in Japan are sick of her or anything. She can sing. They need to give her something else to sing and up the promotion.
