I was quite surprised when forgiveness sold only 100K on the first week, and my brother (at that time) thought she could retired anytime soon. Looking back, 2003 was the year that ayu's sales had "obvious" decrease. From a almost 2 million RAINBOW to a not selling A BALLADS (well yeah consider that era), and & sold only around 330 - 360K on the first week compared to H (over 500K), then a horrible selling forgiveness. Even tho it seems like No way to say's sale was pretty decent, in fact it was half of Voyage's sales.
Back to the topic. So far the sales are:
1 浜崎あゆみ 69368
2? モーニング娘。 45872
3? B'z 46767
Right now we don't really know the exact sales right now (the multiple is around 1.00 - 1.03), but I'm pretty sure ayu will maintain no. 1 for the week, while B'z will beat momosu in the end.

But then I don't think people should compare special concepted bests to normal bests. The normal bests always do way better (ayu's A BEST & A BEST 2 project, A COMPLETE ~ALL SINGLES~ (it sold less in 71,000 but it was released last year)> A BALLADS, kuu's BEST ~first things~ & ~second session~ > kuu's BEST B&L & Out Works & Collaborations Best, Namie's 181920 & BEST FICTION > Love Enhanced Single Collection).
That only might work with strategies like EXILE had.
Though after that she had a mini album with just 8 songs selling a million so it was a great seller and then MY STORY that sold even more. =D
And I agree that ayu will maintain her drop.
On the day B'z were #4 they were behind Gackt that sold around 13,800 so they couldn't sell over it, if for example they did 13,500 then they still can't outsell ayu even if on today's charts they sell 6,000 and ayu sell 1,000.
