Hurray to Ayu!

If the next album is anything like MY STORY, i'll die hahaha. That was my first album. AND OMG, to tell u the truth, everytime I burn an "Ayu compilation" for myself, the "new trilogy" always comes together hahha. MY STORY is FILLED with "Future Classics". I think she got her inspiration from the CDL.

2 more singles! woots. She needs a 3A this year hahah. how many more to her 50th? Another A MUSEUM would be awesome.

We've got more things to come for Ayu - congratulations!

I had to look up what you were talking about... Yeah to me, it's boring. Has some of her most boring album tracks ever. And I usually look forward to those more than the singles because like others have said, they're the most experimental. Don't get me wrong, they're not bad songs. They're just not my cup of tea I suppose.

It's oke, it's your opinion and it can't be helped :P I was just shocked people consider them boring (I dunno why I was shocked though :rolleyes).

I definitely agree with that. There isn't much variety in that album for me. Liar, HOPE or PAIN, HAPPY ENDING, Replace, and winding road are some of my least favorite songs from her. I mean they're alright, they're listenable.. but boring.

It's normal for ayu's singles as of late.
Sunrise/Sunset ~LOVE is ALL~'s 3rd week second (and third) days were #16. xD

#14 is not surprising really, but it still looks harsh after the rise to #2. >.<

But I like seeing those achievements! Ayumi Hamasaki: continuing to make it impossible for other artists to win.

wow really when I first heard ayu's my story I really liked it I think my favorite song was hope and pain and inspire I thought they were awesome but I guess everybody has different tastes ^_^anyway I'm glad her 47th single is #1 with over 100,000 copies
even though that its a little low for her I believe she'll come back with
a better album or single ^_^

Atleats she's No 1 weekly with 103351 in sales (Oricon updated).

o well. #1 is #1 =). I hope she maintains this streak for the next decade to come. Now let's focus on her next releases. Hopefully some singles, and album, and at least a tour with concerts in July or August.

So typical.... I so don't fit in here lol. I listened to My Story almost as much as Miss(Understood).
I love About You, Game, My Names WOMEN, Moments, Walking Proud, CAROLS, HONEY, winding road, Humming 7/4... and I love the Cather in the light instrumental.

Anyway I'm glad to see Ayumi still top 20.. :) I'm hoping she puts out some more singles before another album. Maybe go up to 50 singles then release an album that's super EPIC! As like a goal reached sort of thing... She could call it "50 and counting" or something. I don't know. Avex could so milk some pockets with a big promo like that.

Avex is promoting her the wrong way and then wonder why she is losing sales. I remember the hype over Green/Days people were excited for that release and it sold pretty well. It's sales almost matched mirrorcle world If I remember correctly. HYPE is everything for a release. Look at that lame AVATAR movie in America, Hype has made it a huge success.

And at least i this forum we all were really excited for this release!! and almost everyone was sure this single would be great! and after we had the songs, a lot of people keep saying it was her best single in a while... but well MW and D/G had the 10th anniversary factor so... and well... offtopic but AVATAR is fu***** epic, with hype or without it xDD

103k is more than good guys :yes Because nowadays only hard-core fans buy singles :yes That's almost everywhere I believe...

This single will most likely outsell S/S by next week. The only time to get worried is when her weekly sales dip below 1,000, but for now, having daily numbers under 1,000 isn't really that bad. Heck, the #2 and #3 singles that are NEW aren't even selling above 5,000 per day this week. Blaaah.
