Honestly, I like her pop-rock songs (aren't so rock to be labelled as rock). It's essential for an artist like ayu to taste different genres, in that way she tries to be a complete singer!
By the way I expect an epic and powerful ballad with personal and biographical lyrics, along the same lines as A song for xx - that could be her grand finale.

How unlikely do you guys think HANABI~episode III~ would be? CREA and DAI did the first two together, so unless she got Kikuchi to do III or if there's more than one ballad, the odds seem kind of bleak. . . . .

I really wish for ballad something like Hanabi/HAPPY ENDING. Sad, deep, very nostalgic, but less emotional, very melancholic. I havent hear that (besides "rock" ones) ballad since HAPPY ENDING.

I don't have big hopes for crossroad (the song) but im curious about the 2nd song...

Yeah, I think right now my main focus is on crossroad and it's B-side. L is a lot more exciting but we're probably going to get more info on that after crossroad's full tracklisting and covers are revealed... unless they decide to pull another double whammy on us which I won't object to. hehe :D

We can still hope. But Pieces has a point, she seems to be past that time in her life that she'll make something like that. :-/

Kikuchi is the only composer we're *pretty sure* is going to be featured on L. Love him but I hope he only does one of tracks and there's two different composers for the other two so there's variety.I wonder if the "team of luxurious composers" was referring to just L or the 49th and 50th singles?

I hope crossroad single leaks early september, coz two singles in a week are too mucho songs to enjoy.
