This mini album fell really flat for me. The only song with any punch at all is Beautiful Stranger. Electric Shock has an awesome, catchy chorus but the verses are so damn boring. Hopefully the PV will change my mind lol. Such a shame because the cover is great <3

the MV was nice and all but it's like the same thing over and over again. SM needs to change and try something outside that box.

The more I hear Electric Shock the more I fall in love with it. I think it's my favorite right next to NU ABO. It's a refreshing comeback for sure after a year's wait. I also like that the mini is upbeat & energetic. I don't dislike any of the songs, but I like Electric Shock, Beautiful Stranger, and Let's Try the most. The other three are kind of standard for f(x) imo.

The only f(x) song I'd ever heard before Electric Shock was their rendition of Chocolate Love, and I didn't like it at the time so I just dismissed them. However, I was hooked instantly when I heard Electric Shock. I just finished listening to the mini album for the second time. I like it. I agree that Beautiful Stranger is a definite stand-out track.

On the brighter side.. I actually enjoyed the album, the tracks and the PV are as expected (umm yeah I know SM so well LOL) but this song titled Beautiful Stranger is :heart

Love that they've won 3 awards already, hoping for more!!! f(x) FIGHTING!! So excited to just saw their official facebook page update with a "teaser" site for Japan, it's nothing special though lol but still this must mean they'll be debuting they before the end of the year...right? :/ I hope so at least, we'll see what happens :D!

f(x)'s official Japanese website has now added this video as the opening to the site and as you can see at the beginning, it says "Summer 2012" which means they'll probably be releasing something next month as it's the last month of summer:



The Japanese ver. of "Hot Summer" has been featured in a CM so it's speculated that the song is going to be released as a digital single:

The japanese is a little out of place, doesn't seem to flow smoothly but I love the video, their outfits, everything, and Victoria was fierce when she stepped out in the beginning, wanna see the rest of the video but wish they did a different song or an original one, still looking forward to their debut!!
