As for My Story,
it was released Dec 15, but didn't chart till the 27 (Oricon has that 51 week thing). WHen it charted it charted with 574,321 copies, but did not chart for two weeks at number 1 (although technically it did? lol)

I think it's some sort of term that means "2 in a row".... it seems to be used when people get awards in consecutive years as well.
