not a fan her friend.

Jawdarna 3rd January 2013 04:46 AM

That is awful if it is true. :(

I too thought that it might be for her friend who died in October? 2007 and was the subject of untitled ~for her~

TeamAyu2004 3rd January 2013 04:51 AM

^ i thought it was the whole subject of guilty...

Jawdarna 3rd January 2013 04:54 AM

^ I think GUILTY is about both her breakup with Nagase and the death of a friend.

TeamAyu2004 3rd January 2013 04:59 AM

i guess she did break up with him around that time...

and it's for a fan who died on her way to the tour?

wow so this time ayu wrote a lyric for a fan? interesting!

truehappiness 3rd January 2013 05:21 AM

The fan death thing is separate from what untitled ~for her~ was about.

pommy48 3rd January 2013 05:47 AM

I also read that's why Ayu made her goods black and white this time

Both of those fit the word GUILTY nicely though. Guilt over letting a relationship you nurtured for 7 years finish, guilt that she was absorbed in the breakup that she couldnt' stop that took away chances to be with her friend? It's a pretty sad situation all around actually...

I never heard the story about the fan death, or I've forgotten the story. That's pretty sad as well :(

chocopockymaster 3rd January 2013 01:35 PM

The fact that it's "story 2" would suggest that it seems to be about a different person, rather than expounding upon the events that inspired the original version of the song. I'm curious about this story about the fan too...does anyone have any more details? How sad. :'(

AyuWorld 3rd January 2013 01:52 PM

wow! im so shocked if this is true! >___< a fan died on the way to her concert? that must be something tragic and Ayu also sad about hearing about it I guess, im curious too...

freedreamer 3rd January 2013 05:24 PM

i read that on fb too. and that's why she made the cross symbol on the CDL as well.
honestly, when i saw the CDL balloons as White n Black, it looked a bit like the colours u would associate with a funeral.

AyuWorld 3rd January 2013 05:27 PM

curious really, didnt see the japanese fans said anything bout this >.<

The theme of GUILTY is death. glitter/fated are the only songs on it that really scream love. Everything else is pure darkness <3 I doubt any of the tracks were about her break up...

Didz-19 3rd January 2013 05:37 PM

^ "(don't) leave me alone" sounds about break up. Really.

TeamAyu2004 3rd January 2013 06:03 PM

it could also be taken as a death of a relationship...
its just an increditably dark album

ayumisrael 3rd January 2013 06:10 PM

How/why did her fan die on the way to the concert? An accident?

Zeke. 3rd January 2013 06:10 PM

GUILTY is good and anyone who doesn't like it (seems like many) must be crazy.

ayumisrael 3rd January 2013 06:11 PM

But anyone can say the same on every ayu album that he/she favors =P
