I thought Ami has been usually doing it? For AROUND THE WORLD, she released the single "AROUND THE WORLD" right before (or the same time? can't remember) as the album, with Connetta she had singles a week before and 2 weeks before the album came out, with DOLCE she had the Bitter... PV air around the time it came out, and now it seems TEN will be used to promote the album right before it comes out too. So I think with Ami, yes she usually does this kind of thing before an album, for promotion. =]

This is incorrect. Do you guys not remember the interview posted a while ago (maybe in the Yasutaka Nakata thread) about them working on tracks from before DOLCE was even put out until a few months ago? And I have NEVER heard of an artist completely finish an album 5 or 6 months before its release unless there are label problems. Most of the time they are working on songs up until the very end.

"Ami's album tracks aren't going to be as good as ONE or CSTD because all artists finish an album and then pick the best songs to be the singles" is just a totally incorrect idea.

^YOU SAID IT!!!, In some cases American labels do that, and in some cases not so much, like PCD for example with their album DD When I Grow Up will be the BIGGEST single from that album cause as far as I'm concerned nothing will hit bigger than that single, and in Britney's case with Blackout Gimme More was supposed to be a hit but look at Break The Ice, imo it was a bigger hit that GM. Anywhoozer I agree with DDD!!!

There's really NO doubt that Supreme Show will have a few songs (if not one) that make can't stop the DISCO seem like child's play. ONE, on the other hand, may be a little harder to beat... I love that song too much.

NO!~ take that back! can't stop the DISCO is an anthem. one of if not my single favorite songs of hers - not really sure why many don't like it... oh well, I guess that makes it more special for me :)

if this album is half as good as DOLCE i'll be overjoyed

Yes thats what hes talking about.

Its a summer festival from TBS, she performed at it back in July but it wasnt aired until recently.
