He took some pictures, I'm just waiting for him to send them to me. I haven't seen him online in a few days. I couldn't take any because I lost my camera :weep
And I didn't pay enough attention to where we were. I've never been in Paris and I wasn't thinking much :(

First of all, why would you mention it now when she's not even in Europe anymore? Second, the fashion show was in MILAN, not Paris, and it was on the 27 of September. Caught in a lie.

Why are you making a big thing of it?

you said you saw her, it's a pretty big deal. you don't just casually say "oh yeah lol i saw NAMIE AMURO w/friends" people will be curious. it's a weird thing to lie about though

Oh so you're admitting you're lying?

Why can't you stand it when someone catches you in a lie? I can't stand it when people lie to get attention. :rolleyes

OMG i saw madonna today at my grocery store! :D:D:D she was shopping together with ayumi hamasaki! they were both wearing a namie amuro shirt!!

KarenPang 14th October 2009 01:10 AM

well I don't know what happened in here exactly but if I walk down the streets & I saw my fave artiste that I support in the flesh , I wouldn't casually wave around & say it as so

I will go bonkers & I will 'flame' the whole thread with pics & my comments about this experience xD

lol this is why i don't like coming to this thread. there's pages of garbage to sift through to get some information. that's not exclusive to this thread, though... most of them are like that, actually. i just give up the easiest on this thread.

anyway, i watched Best Fiction tour last week on my LCD w/ surround sound and it was amazing. :luv2 i know i'm kind of late but i wasn't really that much of a fan before watching it. she was so cute and likeable in that concert which was unlike the other performances i've seen of hers. it was just really enjoyable to watch her be happy and cutie and give an amazing show! i hope her next album and its tour will be just as good!

I haven't seen a lot of live performances of Namie, but does she smile during her lives of Baby Don't Cry? Just seems like a nice song for her to smile~

Yes. It's an upbeat song, of course she'd smile! :love

:shrug enough to turn me off.

pommy48 14th October 2009 01:28 AM

Yeah I thought so~

I know that when I was a newbie to Namie, I just youtubed some random Violet Sauce performance and I didn't like it at first because I thought....why doesn't she show any emotions

But after listening and watching more performances, I realized that she does show emotions

So some people that think she's too cold probably only watched her upbeat performances, so I would imagine a lot of people being surprised when they do see her being all cute and interacting with the audience~

You got caught lying and now you're getting defensive about it? Please stop.

aloopy 14th October 2009 01:32 AM

yeah i thought that Baby Don't Cry was the perfect concert ending! i like how the audience sings along! same with NEVER END.. i hope she performs that one @ her next tour!

jpopdream, if you did see her, you are really lucky! i'm happy for you. i hope your friend comes online so you can share the pictures with us :)

a little of both. but like pommy said, it was for her upbeat songs and her lack of emotion made the performance of an otherwise energetic and entertaining song seem lifeless and boring. i get that she tries hard to dance and sing and it's hard, but she's proven she can do it with "oomph" instead of just going through the motions.

TLBandwut 14th October 2009 01:37 AM

Her dancers are even emotionless for Violet Sauce performances, so that's not a good example... it's that type of song.

^ By "upbeat" songs, which ones do you mean? Songs like "Violet Sauce", and "WHAT A FEELING" are more suiting to be performed with a cool image. In fact, that's how I prefer to see them performed.
