Mad Professor's "HAPPY ENDING" remixes are hard to enjoy, indeed. Although I think, Mad Prof needs some more love from us xD I am sure he's able to do much better remixes.

awww... I can listen to any eurobeat song from that era (pre 2005 or thereabout) and tell what label produced it right away just by how it sounds. But STEP You never had a eurobeat remix (not before ayu-ro mix 4, anyways) what remix are you referring to?

And i absolutely love the DAISHI DANCE remix of HEAVEN :O

I have cancelled my boxset preorder and donated the money to the Red Cross. I think Ayu would really want that.

Thats great! :)
but i think either way that money would end up going towards charity because of all the donations ayu is making, but sure thing some of it would be lost going through the agency's hands not all of it would read ayu so she could donate.

nanakopy87 18th March 2011 03:21 AM

yes!i love DAISHI DANCE remix of HEAVEN too.this is the only remix from ayu remix discography i love and will listen XD

that is very noble, righteous, and charitable of you, but I've waited a bit too long for the next ayu trance to come out to want to do that. Props to you though. I'm a bit too excited to get my box set. :tipsy

probably because if you take away the beat, it sounds exactly like acoustic orchestra.

Kanzaki 18th March 2011 12:02 PM

Kudos to you Exodus! I wouldn't be able to do that.

I listened to YOJI's GAME remixes today for like 1 hour. There's hardly any other ayu remix with such heavy bass like in "GAME [YOJI's 140Bpm Tech-dance Re-rub]".

My favourite remix albums are all trance albums, MY STORY Classical and ayu-mi-x 6 -SILVER- :)

I agree. I also think because ayu-mi-x 6 had remixers that were never really used before it gave it a fresh sound... Where as the HEAVEN remix sounded outdated and basic as hell xD; like something you'd find on the first ayu-mi-x, which isn't a bad album but 6 is in 2008. Need something different lol.

To each his own :laugh . I just feel like they should have left it an orchestra mix because the beginning is orgasmic! But then this cheap beat comes in and I turn it off xD;;;

Sorry xD; It was just horrible to me. I think because I absolutely ADORE the original HEAVEN and the remix was a total let down. I couldn't care less about the Mad Prof one because I don't care for Happy Ending so because I like HEAVEN so much more, the remix is the worst of them all to me.

He better work for it then! I mean good Lord... But there must be something Ayu likes about him if she keeps letting him butcher her songs.

My favorites from 6 are: STEP you, talkin' 2 myself, Beautiful Fighters, Startin', Ladies Night, GAME, Together when..., No way to say, alterna, About you, and JEWEL.

Well, that's how DAISHI DANCE works. Most of his songs that he produces for other artists (Memory by Mika Nakashima, I miss you by Miliyah Kato) are piano, strings and a soft dance beat. His piano playing is gorgeous. And combined with strings and a dance beat is just unfff

But yes, to each his own.~

Oh I was totally lying, I've listened to Ayu-mi-x 6 a lot! I always forget those because I was actually there for the release, and I always associate Ayu-mi-x with "things released before I was a fan".

And yeah I gave Ayu-mi-x 5 a listen today and I really like it! I'll try Ayu-mi-x 4 this weekend.

I hated the HOUSE remix too. The orchestral work was beautiful but th beat killed and and it was way too housey for me.

Oh gosh if you've never heard any of the old ayu-mi-x's you're really missing out. Ayu-mi-x 5 is awesome and the acoustic side from ayu-mi-x 4 is wonderful too. Ayu-mi-x 2 -nonstop megamix- is my absolute favorite remix album with too late (soul solution remix) and and then (rhythm master's vocal remix) as my favorites.

I cannot wait for all these remixes, the days trance remix is amazing and I hate the original! So i'm really looking forward to this. I might actually buy the whole box set because I want those beautiful posters. Sad to say but this might be the first ayu product i'll have bought in 2 years.

Just a quick comparison to give people a better picture of the current danger and possible future dangers. The Chernobyl incident (which is considered the worst nuclear power plant disaster ever) was at a Category 7, which is the highest category of danger. Fukushima is currently at a 6, the second highest. Chernobyl was about 400 times more potent than the atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima.

I'm not trying to scare anyone, but it is that serious, or could be.

Fukushima has just been upscaled to a 5, when you posted it was still a 4. That doesn't make it any less serious, but I just happened to read this on the news so I thought I'd let people know.

In perspective, similar incidents that were later scaled level 5 are the Windscale Fire in the UK (1957) and the Three Mile Island accident in the US (1979). None of those accidents spawned any victims. They just had to evacuate the nearby area (like they already have done in Japan) and in the UK they destroyed a lot of milk that was produced around the area, but there were no signs of any danger to public health.

In Japan's case, the workers at the plant are at quite serious danger, though. For that reason, I can see this being upscaled to a level 6 but I don't think the general public will get hurt.

Hm, at the time when I wrote that, I'd read on danish and swedish newssites that it had been upgraded to a category 6 :/ My bad then.
