^ I'm excited to see the rest of the video and I agree with you with you about the lack of a smooth transition with this song to Japanese. I'm sure it will grow on me a bit better since I love "Hot Summer" but they could use a bit of improvement with their pronunciation.

According to their official Japanese website, f(x) will be holding their first showcase titled "f(x) Premium Showcase ～1st Shock" on October 18 and 19th at Zepp Tokyo.

Really couldnt tell they were singing in Japanese though Victoria sounds really good though!

The set used in the teaser of the video reminds me a bit more of winter than summer, lol.

Their pronunciation was awful and it always irks me to see the Japanese PV versions of Korean hits looking better than the originals.

I don't know how I feel about Japanese Hot Summer. I feel bad for them, especially those that are also struggling to learn Korean (like Amber, and I think Victoria?) because their pronunciation is all over the dang place. But I don't hold it against them personally, but I know lots of Japanese netizens will.

I'm more flaily over Amber wearing that Chicago Bulls shirt. Nobody was a bigger Bulls stan when I was 8yo. :laugh

I actually really like Victoria with blonde hair.

I really liked the music video. I loooved the sunglasses in it, haha, especially the ones with flowers on them that Krystal wore. I'm only a second year Japanese student at my university and even I could tell their pronunciation was off. I hope Japanese listeners/viewers don't judge them too harshly for that.

Well I still think their Japanese sounds bad, but athe video was cool lol. I'm not so sure they'll make it in Japan though :(.
