Well I doubt Ku will ever sell as high, and Ai still didn't do it.

So far Mr. Children, Kuu, Ayu, YUI, EXILE and Kobukuro have sold more than a million this year.

I even wouldn't say that 20 artists that sell mroe than a million per a year is bad, being one of them is a gift. Because all the thousands of other artists couldn't manage to do so.
Overally for this time ayu's sales are pretty good.

LOVE PiECE will probably do 550K - 613K. She's not a big threat, I think the only major *new* threat would be if Hikki releases a new album this year... but who knows.

I said that Ku will never do it again, and not that she didn't already do it.^^, and I am not saying Ku's bad, just that her popularity didn't last that long.And I am sure that Ai will sell more than a million in total this year, but Love Piece probably won't go over 500 - 600k, though i am really expecting a nice album. :)

Well she's been pretty successful in Japan since her debut. Her past 2 albums reached the TOP 10 yearlies and she might even hold on to her #3 yearly position this year. But she's not the most successful foreign artist in Japan, I think that belongs to Mariah Carey.

I doubt that Hikki will release a new album this year...she's usually quite slow in terms of releasing albums. She'll probably release another one next year.

I think people buy -WHITE- a lot over -BLACK- because of the Countdown Live included on there, too. And yeah, I don't think LOVE PiECE will be a "threat"; hard to say about Kumizon though.

But yay sales are up again! I really hope both versions can reach 1,500,000 collectively :)

I think Hikki would still pass a million in total sales with the new single...
