I don't actually have the album but A BALLADS is just a collection so probably not worth getting unless you don't have other Ayu albums [although Rainbow rocks]

B&L is nice for the DVD portion of the album mostly and has some great dance versions but I would say mostly collector's album...

I am... probably is the way to go

Unless you're a Kuu fan like me, which in the case I would choose B&L if I were in your position
