You should search the ULTRA BLUE release thread at hikaru.sc then. Only a few people hate Kairo (including myself), while most people thought it's the masterpiece off UB.


Neither do I. I dun buy singles as well (well our family do have Addicted To You + Wait & See). To me, I tend to look at the flow of the album. I dun really mind she group all the singles together in the tracklist if the flow is doing well. So I'll wait for my album arrives, then I can judge whether or not her tracklist is flowing this time..

^Yea....I'm one of those people who dislike the song. I mean, i don't this like it but it's a song that I just don't have the energy to listen to. Kairo sort reminds me of a Sonic the Hedgehog song for some reason. :shrug After hearing the single songs from HEART STATION, I would say that I will enjoy this album more than ULTRA BLUE. ULTRA BLUE was too big of a transition for me. I was use to the R&B and pop Hikki and all of sudden I get something totally different and just off the wall (and not in a good way). :no Don't get me wrong I like ULTRA BLUE but it was just to big of a change and it's my least favorite album of Hikki's. <~ I hated to say that, btw! :cry

Haha, UB was a BIG jump for her, I understand that much. But I think she did a good job. I just hope to hear some more R&B-ish sounding tracks from her again :D She's wayyy better at those than she is at what she's doing now, but she manages to pull off any genre, IMO.

I don't buy singles , they're just too expensive & it doesn't make sense to me since there're not much 'meat' in the CD singles & I rather spend $ on albums & DVDs which're more worth it to me .

If there're certain singles where the pics of the CD singles are nice , I just save the soft copies of the pics that's all .

Blue is still like, the best UB song I think XD <3

I didn't like the songs from UB. My favorites were Colors, Blue, and This is Love.

Making Love is the best song off of ULTRA BLUE, including all the singles. Hands down. The pre-chorus has the best melody she's ever written IMO and the lyrics are just amazing.

^:yatta I'm not the only one who thinks that way. :laugh Making Love and WINGS are my favs. I especially love the bridge after the 2nd chorus.

Hikki will sing Prisoner of Love on MS. This is interesting... singing an album song, but not Fight The Blues..

HEART STATION is a weird album...

it's filled with single tracks and only 3 listen-able new tracks 'Fight the blues, Celebrate and Prisoner of love'

hikki added the original version of FoL and boku wa kuma just to lengthen the album...they serve NO purpose at all!!!

and the order of the tracks are the weirdest of i ever seen!?!?
