Usually albums that leave off a single that precedes it is either (they skip over it and include it on a later albums) or (they hold off announcing it because the company wants the sales for the single)

I hope for the later one ;)

But if you want to download a music video from Jpopsuki.tv, just use an extension on Chrome, FVD Downloader is good. Just played the video and you can see a blue arrow, click the arrow and download the mp4 file.
