Arashi's Matsumoto Jun meets a mermaid in new hair CM

Hair care series "Je l'aime" by Kose has released a new CM for its new hair product lineup featuring Arashi's Matsumoto Jun.

In the CM, Matsumoto is seen with a mermaid who has terribly damaged hair. She complains to him, "I've been eating konbu too.." Matsumoto appears to be shocked at the damage before advising the mermaid to use the new Je l'aime product. Filled with exaggerated expressions and humorous moments, this CM is set to capture fans' hearts once more.

This is Matsumoto's third CM with the brand, and the behind-the-scenes for the CM has also been revealed in which the idol is scene clutching his fists in victory after finishing his filming in one take, and casually chatting with the director.

I am totally loving how "Sakura" is sounding! :luv2 It totally does sound "intense" & "dark", which is probably why I'm loving it so much. :laugh :heart Now I really can't wait to hear the full song, after listening to this longer preview! :P I just know the entire song is going to be so amazing. :D Can't wait!

Arashi's Aiba Masaki to star in next 'Getsu 9' drama

On February 1, it was announced that popular idol group Arashi member Aiba Masaki would be starring in Fuji TV's next 'Getsu 9' drama.

This marks Aiba's first time starring in 'Getsu 9' drama, and it will be the drama adaptation of Ikeido Jun's mystery novel "Yokoso, Wagaya e."

"Yokoso, Wagaya e" is a suspenseful drama which revolves around the Kurata family. In Ikeido's original novel, the protagonist was the father of the family, but in the drama, it will be changed to their oldest son, and the story will also be rearranged.

The Kurata family's oldest son Kenta (Aiba) is an unsuccessful commercial designer who lives with his family outside of town. One day, he warned a man who pushed a lady and tried to cut into the line at the platform. Since that day, Kenta starts being harassed by someone. They pull up all the flowers from his flower bed and the saddle of his bicycle is mangled among other things. Kenta and his family try to find who the stalker is, but there are too many suspicious people around his family.

Cast members to play the Kurata family along with Aiba, are Terao Akira (as the father, Taichi), Arimura Kasumi (as the younger sister, Nana), and Minami Kaho (as the mother, Keiko).

This will be the first time for Aiba to co-star with Terao and Minami, but the second time with Arimura, as they co-starred with each other in NTV drama "Mikeneko Holmes no Suiri" in 2012.

The shooting for the drama will begin in early March, and start airing in April.

Such simple & sophisticated covers! I absolutely love them. :love so much! :heart I think because of the black/white theme of the covers, it just makes Arashi all look ten times hotter! :laugh :luv2 If I had to choose just one favorite, it would be the CD only, but I love both covers so much & already can't wait to see what the PV will look like! :)

...I absolutely cannot get over how breathtakingly amazing, the "Sakura" PV is looking like, so far. :luv2 Arashi are all looking incredibly gorgeous! :love Meaning...they are all looking so equally handsome, that I don't even think I could handle it. :luv2 :laugh But anyway! :P I absolutely love the setting/theme of the PV. :heart I like the whole dark atmosphere that is shown & I think that, that one scene where the sakura blossom tree is lit up in pink, is so beautiful. :heart Now I am truly impatiently waiting to watch the full PV! :D
