BlackSilence 10th November 2013 08:28 PM

Why?

ayu-michan 10th November 2013 11:52 PM

I don't think this is what she mean but it feels like she said "TA members are special to me", then what about us fans who are not TA members?

But again, I don't think she really means this lol, just my imagination runs wild.

kendelle 11th November 2013 08:42 AM

Avex really needs to have an international-friendly TA membership - even if it's just $10/year to access the diary entries.

I only became TA this year but I've wanted to be part of it for almost as long as I've been an Ayu fan. Now I'm "in" TA I feel more included but I won't forget the feeling of TA seeming to be elevated to be "better" fans just because they have easy access to Japanese addresses.

I'm sorry, I Just wanted to say, it was not a bad news! :/

I think ayu write such words because of her japanese fans who need to feel "special", as special than before ayu speaks with her international fans, and I think the fact That TA Is in English now may have upset some (mad) japanese fans...she must do it to keep her old jp fanbase, it isn't against us :)

Well, but it seems That this blog isn't only for TA by the way, very good news! ♡

im a bit offended actually when i saw that, like aw arent we special coz we cant afford to be TA :thud

but really Ayu and Avex should think about international fans acces to TA at least for the diary so that wont happen about people sharing TA pics without permission or TA bashing the non-TA , think maybe fans can tweet and suggest it for Ayu, she will listen to our opinion i think

This.
They make her, they buy her stuff and keep her in business so of course she has to assure them.

judging by how she's acted when meeting fans, I'm sure she appreciates everybody regardless.

truehappiness 11th November 2013 10:42 AM

Japan is first and foremost her main audience anyway... I don't think much of it if "TeamAyu" paid members get more attention especially recently now that Ayu knows she has quite a massive overseas fan presence beyond Asia. (that is if she didn't already know...)

BlackSilence 11th November 2013 02:16 PM

what sadens me is not exactly the fact that she kinda left out the rest (even tho now when someone said, maybe she does need to ensure japanese fanbase that she's not running away to the west lol) what bugs me is that you can very quickly start thinking she's apreciating only people who spend more money on her, that it's all JUST about money. AND yo know as a fan who is inspired by her words and believe in her music you just kinda start thinking that whatever the artists speak, all that deep stuff they talk about is just a pure play/act that the only thing they do it all for is MONEY, and i think everyone knows that money is THE most importaint in this world but you kinda wanna still have hope that there are people who do things not entirelly for THAT. It just kinda makes you wonder you know? I don't have a problem with them getting more attention, i mean in the end the most of them are japanese, and japan is the country she gets the most out of, so i don't see a problem, she needs to keep the audience there in the first place, i just kinda wish artists wouldn't throw these kind of words around so carelesly because they can stirr up some serious doubt on their intentions in everything they do like "why am I (are they) special? just because i (they) pay more or because (they've) i've been a fan(-s) for 10 years still believing in what you do and getting inpired with your music?" tho it's probably just me who gets that kind of questions, probably most of the peope on TA or even not in it wouldn't even think that way... and i am not even in TA lol

someone would probably call me naive but fact is i'm not, i'm fully aware that as i said this world is money driven, but as a human being who hates that fact you still kinda wanna believe there are people left who put other things above the money factor.

I think that when she said TA Members are special to her is because TA have been around for a long time. She might even know some of them members personally. It's not because the other fans are not important, but, in a general term as TA has been supporting her for more than a decade. Whereas 'fans' itself is a general term for all her fans including new fans.

mi|kshake 11th November 2013 10:59 PM

I think she is just reassuring the TA members like Linza-mo and ComatoseBunnySnatcher have previously said.

I think it's obvious she appreciates all her fans as shown in her overseas fan meetings.

Or in my case I have no interest! (No idea what it actually costs.)

I don't view anyone as better or lesser fan depending on whether they are a TA member. If you are a member then "Cool, enjoy the benefits" and if not then I don't think it defines your status as a fan.

Fanclubs are a fun option for those who want to join and there shouldn't be any pressure regarding your fandom involved.

I think the person was asking if she was going to appear in Young magazine as gravure. And she replied no.

Does anyone know how to follow ayu on LINE?

truehappiness 15th November 2013 08:45 PM

There should be an option to look for celebs in the Japan region. I think if you go to the South East Asia region, you can find the "English" account.

Select another country -> Japan / Singapore -> you should find the accounts.

pimenta 15th November 2013 08:50 PM

Wasn't it supposed to be normal that her fanclub members are special to her? All artists care about their fanclub members, that's only natural... It doesn't mean she doesn't care about the rest of her fans.

truehappiness 15th November 2013 08:51 PM

Honestly, she has to keep them happy since they are paying for membership. If she was all "oh, all of my fans are important to me, even the ones not in my FC!" all the time, the paying members would likely revolt on Twitter like when she started posting photos of herself on there. I wouldn't think much of it, really. If she says that, it's to keep them happy.

I can't remember, honestly.
I only remember that I also downloaded LINE Play, and ayumi hamasaki appeared in the friend list as a verified and official account.
Unfortunately my iPod touch died a month ago, so... :thud

Abot LINE instead, try as truehappiness said. :yes
There should be something about the official celebrities contacts in the Friends section of the Menu.

You have to search for the Official Accounts and select Japan as a country.
