Both songs premiered today on TV with their tie ins.
15th April is the digital release date, this time also for recochoku, not only for PC like the last.
And both are getting a PV.

She looks really good, it seems time didn't pass AT ALL for her since she went on hiatus. I'm excited for the songs and I'm glad they're both getting a PV! :)

And I think about 6 more hours we'll hear her new song, since the morning drama will be on around 7 - 8 am. FINALLY!!!! I'm so happy!!!!!!

Can't wait to hear these new songs. Her standing in front of a piano and the general (almost traditional looking) covers give me a hunch that the songs will be stripped down or not so overproduced. Something like Be My Last or Dareka no. Very excited.

"Manatsu no Toriame": "The melody starts quietly, with just a piano and her voice."

According to Oricon, the 2 songs were recorded this year, and the mix engineer is British mixer/producer Steve Fitzmaurice.

Wooow so looks amazing in those photos! It makes me realise how long it has been since we have last seen her! I'm ready for April 15!

Now THIS is Utada. I love the look. It's very classic Utada but mature. I'm surprised at how amazing she looks, considering she just gave birth to a boy in July 2015.

She also looks so calm and cool. I think this will be an amazing era for Utada.
