Yikes, turns out it was Tsunku's decision to graduate her, not her own =x

this is just making me more confused...i've read all these peoples ~theories~ on H!O and jpm for why Tsunku picked her (all which are probably wrong :rolleyes) which didn't help things.

This is a translation of his official announcement on the matter.

I don't think that Tsunku himself minds if the girls have boyfriends, but their agency, UpFront, doesn't want them to have boyfriends as it "ruins" their "innocence" image with the wota. :rolleyes

I don't think they're hiding anything. Tsunku has said there WILL be auditions for the 9th generation..it's just always been a matter of when. It's been 2 years with the same line up and he wanted to mix it up...so he graduated someone with middle popularity that they can (arguably) afford to lose.

^ I think that it's a little unfair to graduate Koharu for that purpose... I dunno. :shrug

^ agree and also Koharu brings a lot money for UF ever since KR anime started..I don't see why they just have to graduate her
and please no gen 9 audition just yet..current lineup is perfect as it is...

Did she really bring THAT much money from Kirarin? I didn't follow it so I don't know =\

Yeah, it probably was unfair to graduate her out of order..but it does spice things up. Although I don't want auditions either. I hope they don't make Momusu too young again.

^ her single Balalaika sold more than 70,000 copies and outsold any Morning Musume single released that year, she was like the best selling solo singer in H!P from 2006 to 2008 too

by the way EVERYDAY Zekkouchou ranked #2 weekly and it's currently C-ute's highest ranking single to date ^_^ I'm really happy for them! Omedetou!

in the regular edition they are wearing outfits from their last single...except for the current MM members of course. limited edition pictures are from the first members single. can't wait for this! haven't heard a lot of b-sides from them.
