^I didn't know English was Singapore's first language. Huh, you learn sometime new everyday. English is the official language in Hong Kong, but I'm pretty sure it's a second language rather than the first.

yes it's the 1st language of my country . 2nd's mother tongue depending on what race you're & the government insisted that everyone must take up 2 languages

like for my case , I'm Chinese so naturally my mother tongue that I have to take's Chinese . If I'm a Malay / Indian / Tamil , it's as follows
