According to sources, Utada has recently been in the studio recording a new track with Rafael Moreira, a guitarist who has worked with the likes of Pink, Christina Aguilera, and Marc Anthony. Rafael was also the guitarist during Utada’s recent round of US TV performances, in support of her album “This Is The One.”

I don't really get my hopes up unless there's proof or sources I can see. Either way, if it's true it's hard to tell if it's an English or Japanese song... I don't know why she'd record a new song in English if her album just came out.

Then all that time she spent on the album would basically be a waste of time... I want her to do more promo for the english album. It deserves more recognition. I think I can wait a little longer on her Hikki material.

I think that it's funny how much Hikki fans want her to fail on the EUA market o_O

Maybe she's recording a few new English songs so that IDJ can re-release TiTO and she can start promotion all over with a new single. IDJ artists are re-releasing albums ALL the time, and multiple times too. It needs to be released in Europe and Australia too.

I think she still put out that new Japanese single she had been working on during all this too, assuming it's closed to be finished. If not, I can definitely definitely wait for new Japanese material and give her all the time she needs to make TiTO a success.
