I don't participate in any Hikki forums but are they usually more or less like this thread? I.e going through the What's your favorite -- to pass the time and complaining that she's taking forever and lazy?

LOL first people complain she's always posting pictures of kuma or food, and now she finally posts a (might I say gorgeous) pic of herself and people still complain :laugh

We know she's not doing **** until 2011 anyway, so she might as well use the time to post a couple of self-pics! :yes I like them.

Hikki forums scare me XD I can't even make like 5 posts in a hikki thread at damn JPM without someone going and verbally attacking me on some other site (why can't they just say it to my face. I prefer that :) )

But I bet other hikki forums are like this. I'd join any other artist forum but I can't talk about this on a whole forum

I just spent about an hour Google News'ing Utada Hikaru in Japanese, reading all the Japanese articles to find out if there is any news..

All I got was a review of some headphones and the reviewer said Utada's voice is really clear through them.. And also an article that listed her as one of "2010's catastrophe's", probably because she's done absolutely nothing this year.

Well I will not be disappointed if the album/releases are amazing. I hope it's more ULTRA BLUE/Heart Station style but I really don't know what style she'll go with.

Although......I always wonder the motivation behind picking Istanbul of all cities. My bro (who just hates on ayu all the time and on occasion hikki) thought it was a decent song. But clearly didn't know where Istanbul was and was confused (geography isn't that hard)

her next single better be amazing. But time really doesn't prove to wise people up. I had to wait 3 years for another eri nobuchika album (it's not her fault though) and what do we end up with after the epicness that is voice? and lights? and every other song? Hands. Basically a complete piano ballad snore fest album.

So just saying that although I want to believe that time will make her better, I can not prove that. XD

It wasn't entirely bad. But for eri's standards, it was horrendous. Every song was "piano ballad, piano ballad, piano ballad". It was a huge snore fest. You can definitely see how much Shinichi was of an influence when he's not there. Her album is called "Hands." Just horrible. You only need to hear one song from the album to tell how it sounds because they all sound the same. For me it was one of those "listen to it one time and never again" ordeals.
