There's still a chance people won't like the song if it's like something they want or something completely new. We'll just have to wait and see and accept what it is for what it is. Please keep in mind, all the way back in December/January she said she was going back to her roots, Rock 'n' Roll Circus and MOON/blossom are CLEAR examples of that so don't get your hopes up so high. :)

What I noticed is that a looooot of Ayu fans contradict themselves :P Everyone looooooves Memorial address, yet hates ANGEL'S SONG, Greatful days, forgiveness, and a few hate No way to say and HANABI ~episode II~. It's happening again now, with everyone saying that they want "old Ayu" to come back. She makes songs reminiscent of the "old days" and everyone hates them XD We're a picky ol' bunch aren't we? ;)

Anyway, I'm really curious as to how crossroad will sound in full. People are already hating on it and it's only a 40 second LQ mic rec. I know from experience that those mic rec's are very misleading... The BALLAD one had me so disappointed, but after I heard the full version, I fell completley in love with it :heart. crossroad will probably end up being that way for a lot of people <3

I'm also curious for the covers and PV's! I wanna see what she does for them~ <3

Kazuhito composed a ballad for ayu, then probably we can get a cute pop song by another composer (something like July 1st (H) or Greatful Days (&)) and the last a-side it could be a mysterious song


A collab in the L single would be great, it could be something different

I don't really understand why they're releasing the singles so close to each other. Seems like crossroad will be an "interlude" to L.

So I wonder too if both singles will be promoted, and if at the same time..

This is what I worry about. That crossroad will be overshadowed. Even if it somehow got number 1 it seems like it wouldn't have that many sales ...

It's definitely going to be a sacrificed single. There's really not much propping it up. L has so many songs and is her big 50th single and is released virtually at the same time.

Releasing them so close to each other definitely isn't a good idea. I would love it if she collaborated with someone. The only time she ever did that was "a song is born". and it wasn't even really a normal song. it was for song+nation 9/11 attack relief fund, or something like that. and on top of that, she did a solo version, and put that version on her album. Completely left keiko in the dust lol.

It would be cool to hear her sing a duet. She did a bunch of christmas special lives with gackt. I think that would be a cool studio single collab.
