Minus writing the songs and recording - remixes do need to be totally composed and mastered. Sure they have a melody to work with, but a good remix does not take a couple days.

Plus it depends what sound avex is going for. If they don't like the demos, they could go back and forth time after time until they receive something they believe they will fit the album.

Me too D: I wish they would just tell us some of the songs they're using, or some of the remixers. But that'll never happen till close to the release. :<

What worries me is the amount of tracks there will be.
I mean...there is SO MUCH material to be remixed.
I feel like 1 CD will not suffice... :/

Doubtful. Trance isn't what it was so the sales may be lackluster..they won't pool a lot of money into a project that isn't guaranteed success. How much do you think it'll sell?

14 tracks, for each track 1 or 2 DJ's, I doubt it would take any longer than 1 month to complete the album, which means, theoretically they could have released it already O_O

It would be fine, if they would release it in January. So we can listen to Love songs, and for some change/variety there's ayu trance 4 as well =)

I don't think that "profesional" DJ's need years for excellent remixes. It's totally their passion, right?

Looking at ayu's releases since 2007, I'm guessing they'll wait and pair the remix album up with some other release, maybe a single next year or CDL10-11 or AT'10 DVD. She's been doing these double release things for quite some time, and it seems to hype fans up alot more than if only 1 release is announced.
