Probably not. Kpop artists don't release their albums physically in the West so I don't see Perfume doing so either

It will, but I'm not sure of Perfume's label's definition of "West". Their facebook mentioned this:
"Release date for Perfume’s new album “LEVEL3” is confirmed for October 2nd in Japan!

Local release dates around the world will be announced as soon as they’re confirmed."

But then the French translation says this:
On va annoncer la date de sortie dans chaque pays en Europe dès que ce sera fixée!
(translated) -> We will announce the release date for every European country as soon as the dates are confirmed.

Only the French version specifically mentions Europe, though.

The covers looks pretty great, a tad cheap perhaps but i'm liking the concept and direction.

I wonder why did they call the album "LEVEL 3". Why not "LEVEL 4" seeing as it's their fourth album? Or level whatever. Does anyone have any information on the album's title?
