It's unrecognizable. It kind of defeats the purpose of sampling it in my opinion.

Yeah. Honestly when I heard the song, I thought hikki's voice sounded like a ghost moaning. It totally defeated the feeling of Simple and Clean (or Hikari), which gave me a hot sunny imagine. KOHH did a better job when he sampled Sakura Doroppusu :P.

Yeah I saw that news, and good that I couldn't recognize hikki's voice at all lol.

I went to go see a DJ last Saturday by the name of VIRTUAL SELF (an alias for Porter Robinson) and he played the PLANTIb remix of Simple and Clean. Crowd lost their mind and it was amazing singing the song with the crowd. The visuals included some Kingdom Hearts footage. Definitely a highlight from the show for me.

Sounds so much fun!

I love her voice in this. Her hiatus did wonders to her technique (assuming she practiced during that time)

She is quite stable, and even did fine in that execration curse blessing part :D.

Apparently, "Chikai" and "Don't Think Twice" are only the ending theme, and instead of being remixed for the opening, Utada is collaborating with Skrillex and Poo Bear on a separate opening theme called "Face My Fears." No word yet on whether that title is for the English and/or Japanese version or when we will hear this new song.

Interesting! Was just wondering about a remix of Chikai.
