It would be near impossible to control online leaks, and honestly I'm hoping the concerts will be uploaded soon so I can see them. I support Ayu as much as I can buying cds, concert blurays, and recently going to her concert, but for the 2 box sets + overseas shipping is way out of my budget at the moment. Though I can also understand the frustration of paying for something and then having other people get it free.

And speaking of the box sets, I hope with future releases there are more options for those who just want to buy the concerts, and not all of the extra things, though now that they've done it with these plus previously Made in Tokyo, it seems that's how they'll continue. I don't mind when it's the TA concerts, because that makes sense, but when they make her main tours or countdowns so expensive to get, it's annoying.

Hahaha, now I have to think about that one user on Baidu always calling Ayu just Ayu48 because of her whole troupe sticking to her like glue on stage. XD

Yeah, I want her concerts to be released on YesAsia so I can buy them.

通しリハ1日目、無事に終了。

やはりバンドさん、コーラスさん入っての生演奏は気持ちの入り方がすごくて、バラードで思わず泣きそうにな りました。

First day of rehearsal safely finished. Band and chorus was so amazing, that ayu almost cried at the ballad.

I just read Timmy's post about Hayasaki and his condition. I hope his family and friends are given strength during this ordeal :(

I still don't understand what huge difference it makes where in the world she is.
It's not like if she's in Japan, her fans can go and meet her. If she has a TV performance or concert or whatever, she flies to Japan from overseas, what's the big deal? Communications with her Japanese staff, composers, etc can be done online.
Or do her Japanese fans absolutely need her to be in the same country they are to feel better?

^ Pretty much. Jpop is so weird in that fans feel a sense of entitlement and ownership over their artists. And even weirder because the artists go along with it (most of the time). It was a betrayal when she married a foreigner not once but omg twice and then deigned to move elsewhere. It’s ridiculous.

I see, it makes more sense now. It reminds me of when actress Takei Emi denied and apologized for dating rumors with EXILE's TAKAHIRO and then in couple of years they both apologized for suddenly announcing that they got married and the actress is pregnant, and they also had to tell that their relationship started as friendship so that it looked as if they were not lying when they denied the rumours.
