It was announced that flumpool is releasing new single called "Present" on December 7th.

The single, which is going on sale just before band's two days at Saitama Super Arena is, as title says, a present for their fans for the ending of the year. "Gathering all happy and sad things, we want to sum up the ending [of this year] with a smile. Connected with feeling of gratitude towards precious people in our life, like family or friends we want to do our best next year as well!" comments flumpool.

Release comes in two versions - regular and first press limited edition. Limited edition comes with "Wasshoi Tengui" - a thin cotton towel. Preview and example uses can be found at flumpool's official site.

More artists announced for live event “MUSIC FOR ALL, ALL FOR ONE”

Additional artists slated to perform at the live event “MUSIC FOR ALL, ALL FOR ONE” were announced. The event will be held at the First Gymnasium of Yoyogi National Stadium from December 23rd ~ 25th.

The 6 artists who will perform are: lecca (on the 23rd), BENI and Kyary Pamyu Pamyu (on the 24th), JAY’ED, Miura Daichi, and SPYAIR (on the 25th). Including these 6 new artists, a total of 21 artists have been announced that will perform at the event.

flumpool to provide theme song for ‘Mezamashi Doyoubi’

flumpool’s new song, “Kimi wo Tsurete“, has been chosen as the theme song for Fuji Television’s Saturday news program, ‘Mezamashi Doyoubi’!

Yuzu, BIG BANG, and Nishino Kana are among the many artists who have provided the theme songs for ‘Mezamashi Doyoubi’. “Kimi wo Tsurete” will be used on the show starting in April for a period of 6 months.

Vocalist Yamamura Ryuta commented, “I hope this will be a song that will help everyone spend a wonderful weekend.”

flumpool will kick off their 5th nationwide tour, ‘Because… I am’, on March 31st. They will also release their concert, ‘flumpool Special Live 2011 ‘Present ~Arigato Matsuri!Koyoi wa Utaou! Odori Tsugusou!~’ in DVD form. This live DVD will be on sale for a limited time at the concert venues and through Amuse’s official online shop, “ASMART“.

“Kimi wo Tsurete” will be available in Chaku-Uta form on March 31st.
