I for one can't believe this hasn't happened yet. It would be the biggest hit ever. Poor ayaka :( Goddamit I wish I never became her fan....now that she's gone :weep

Also, don't forget her duet on ULTRA BLUE with the lead singer of THE BACK HORN. :) (I personally would love to hear a duet with Ayu... Even though it would probably sound really strange since their voices contrast so much. But, I wouldn't care. *_*)

Apparently several more Japanese fans posted fan accounts of Utada filming in Shibuya. They could see her from their office windows and waved to her and she smiled and waved back.

oh i always wished hikki would do a duet with eiko shimamiya. . .cuz eikos singer/songwriter too. are her songs are like prettier than Ultra Blue
but that will never happen. especially with eikos career and low popularity

not really. her remixes tend to suck except for the exodus ones. if the remixes were anything like this (my favorite fanmix of utada), then yes, I wouldn't mind one.

But Utada's official remixes are so scarce that I don't think they're an accurate representation of what a remix album from her might sound like. ;) I think it could turn out really well.

i never thought of this before, but their styles and voices would be really compatible. they could do a few songs together that would be totally fantastic!

It makes sense; I'm sure she respects Ringo a lot for her creativity, originality, and control over her music.

I don't think Hikki really gives a crap about artists like Ayu, Namie, or Kuu. Sine she "doesn't get" American pop on radio, I'm sure their sort of music isn't very meaningful to her either.

I wouldn't mind a Hikki remix album at all if the remixes are good. :D

Hikki is a Madonna fan and already made a post on her own blog praising Beyoncé when she started her solo career... Besides she also praised Ayu on a radio interview and confessed she sings Ayu's songs on karaoke...

She is a pop musician after all, so, she is pretty much into pop music
