She needed to cancel a performance cuz she was one ocean way from the TV Station on the day of the recording, it's not like she told MS staff to **** themselves or anything like that...

Well they didn't...no point crying over spilled milk. One can hardly do anything else but apologize. If that's not enough for some they should go and jump off a cliff.

^ Because it comes off as unprofessional. It was announced weeks before that ayu was going to perform at the 25th anniversary episode of m-sta and to cancel last minute due to poor planning is like rsvp-ing to a wedding and at the last minute saying "oh well I'm actually overseas doing something else and it wasn't really a priority of mine to honor previous commitments anyway, kthxbai" kind of thing. Do you really need someone to tell you that?
Anyway, let's just hope this doesn't happen again in the future.

I think she also had to apologize when she was sick and missed an a-nation in Osaka a few years back. This is a standard practice for the music industry so I don't think it's alarming or anything.

Felt bad for ayu...
I hope she could sing in MSta performing 2 songs in FIVE next time!!

Why does SHE need to learn a lesson? Things like this should be managed by her staff. It's not an artist's job to run around at airports trying to get plane tickets, but it's their manager's job to make sure they can arrive in time for their appeareances.

Wasn't it SHE that postponed the trip home, not her staff? While it was a nice thing to do for her fans, she should probably have checked tickets back to Japane before doing it?
