Also, despite the Engrish, i think she pronounces "world" better than most Asian singers I've heard. I was surprised to hear her say "supplies" instead of "surprise" though. Still I'm starting to wonder if she's actually been working on her English a lot more.... Possibly taking lessons in secret? ;)
Either way, I like this MUCH MUCH MORE than BBC. :D

i'm listening to Beautiful, and i love it it reminds me a little bit of something from Evanescence. I love her vocals and i love the piano like a lot! Beautiful~ Still doesn't beat Tempest to me.

Beautiful is a great song, I also think it's one of her best ballads so far. <3
Big Boys Cry reminds me of Florence + the Machine regarding style, how she uses her voice, long notes, etc. Of course it's the result of Namie trying to go international - she sounds more like Western singers and less Japanese now (which doesn't mean that she doesn't sound Japanese at all anymore). I personally think it's a good thing. She's growing!
Can't wait for the single now!!

^i actually got into her thanks to that song so it will always be like the best ballad of hers :) nice o know i am not the only one who loves it!
also I really have to say i love BBC the flute is so oddly used but it works somehow xD

Oh really? it's such a recent song. Namie was one of my first 2 Japanese artists I first got into back in 1997. :D
And about BBC, the best I've heard so far is a radio rip, which wasn't very good. However i just downloaded the single now, so I'll take a listen, and see what I think. :D ;) Who knows? Maybe i'll change my mind after this. ;)

BBC is growing on me, but i cant see it ever being a favorite song of mine from her stuff. :(
