The only song I can remember from TITO is come back to me.
That whole album was garbage.

Get real people, no matter the choice for single she still would've flopped just as hard. I think we as fans like to blame the circumstances too many times but the reality is that the album's sound was not on par with what the American people wanted to hear.

Anyways, the question was whether or not a song from that album was in your Top 10 Hikaru Utada songs. I'm curious as to whether or not any song from her American albums are a part of anyone's Top 10?

My top 10 includes Kremlin Dusk. It's my favorite of the US tracks.

Kremlin Dusk easily is in my top 10.

Exodus is a much better album.

Nothing from TITO can really manage even though I enjoyed some of the songs.

You make me want to be a Man is in my top ten. It's so hurtful and emotional and strong without any of the generic sounding ballad crap. Plus the remixes are amazing. I feel like if Ayu wrote a song that had Japanese lyrics that rivaled YMMWTBAM, it would sound like momentum part 2. That and simple and clean are the only american songs on my top ten. I would count sanctuary but it wouldn't be fair to have both sanctuary and passion, so I'll just do passion since it has those amazing complex background vocals and sounds more finished and less empty.

I also pick simple and clean over hikari because it's more pleasant to the years. Lyrically I prefer hikari, but the chorus is too loud and whiny. Simple and clean has a very smooth chorus composition.

Come Back to Me isn't great, but I like it. The main issue I had with TITO is some of the lyrics (hey, 100 JPEG files are filling up her hard drive!). Clunky and sometimes dated.
