Well TK composed SEVEN DAYS WAR. Tetsuya Yukumi did Out of control lol XD

It's like Last minute when it smashes at the chorus (and I think he did that as well).

Same here! It also reminds me of Life, which is a really good thing. I loved it! :heart

Absolutely LOATHE both call and letter, but ADORE Life.

Call and Letter too Sheryl Crowe meets Michelle Branch for me. Sounds completely un-ayu in my opinion.

Coelacanth 3rd April 2015 08:31 PM

call sucks but I love Letter.

Out of control seems to have a more dynamic arrangement than call, Letter, AND Life.

There's potential for a really interesting bridge.

BlackSilence 3rd April 2015 08:33 PM

lol why is everyone obsessed here with bridges? :D I need a good strong chorus :D

Zeke. 3rd April 2015 08:51 PM

I love bridges when they are accompanied by a great chorus. That's when magic happens. You feel "damn this song can't get any better, they nailed it" and then they slam you with an ingenious bridge and you're just like "OMG"

Great bridges are nothing and basically wasted when accompanied by a weak or awkward chorus. Example: Don't look back. The vocal portion of the bridge is something fierce and haunting and just EVERYTHING. But the chorus is so dry.

Example of a bridge that practically ruins a song is Tell All. It changes the entire atmosphere and just sound so out of place. It actually prevents me from listening to it often. Hope they give that part a major overhaul in the 2015 mix.

You just described Avril's When You're Gone perfectly. <3
