^yeah I was trying so hard to figure out who it was at first, it looks nothing like Tiffany to me. I hope soo young is eating.. yeah it's like.. why would I want to listen to a Japanese version if the Korean versions all sound so much better and aren't "forced" into Japanese that makes them not as catchy. they don't even make any changes in the arrangements either like how they do with some of KARA's Japanese versions, so their Japanese remakes are kinda useless to me :shrug

I actually know the words better to the Japanese versions of Genie and Gee than the original Korean, since I majored in Japanese... and my Korean is virtually nonexistent (I don't necessarily prefer one version to the other, but it's easier for me to sing along). However, I would like them to do original songs in Japanese, rather than make Japanese versions of all their Korean hits. :)
As for their accents, I really cannot comment since I'm not a native speaker of Japanese, although I'll say that sometimes in Genie Jessica's accent reminds me of a lot of American friends' when singing J-Pop at karaoke (which makes since, Jessica being American and all ;)) |

the choreography is really bad. they can do SO much better. they just look lazy here. I'd actually like the video more if it was even lower budget and they only had a white background because those designs behind them are just so ugly. but I love the song more now that I know Yuri did the "just wait a minute" line. so cute. also anyone else notice how much attention Sunny has in the MV? it seems like she's in the front so often, leading the song :heart I much prefer her then Yoona
