Another amazing single that BREAKERZ has brought to the music table :D I love both A-sides for being so different & experimental from their previous works & the B-side Sore wa Yasashii Kimochi is just so touching/beautiful ;___;

My only grouse about Sore wa Yasashii Kimochi is that it's a bit too short :O but the chorus's so pretty & I guess it's already slotted in as 1 of my fave songs that DAIGO wrote & composed respectively :)

Setlist looks really awesome for WISH03 which took place last night :D & yay at another new song title added to the bag , aka GO which shares the same title as the guys's upcoming 5th album :D

The only thing I wonder is the transition from Zettai!) I LOVE YOU to REAL LOVE 2010 which could & should have been something to look out for at Budokan ahahaha 8D XD :innocent

Also I'm glad that they finally have performed LAST † PRAY too :)

It's hard to believe I have been a fan of the guys for close to 3 years now , starting from their debut single SUMMER PARTY / LAST EMOTION all the way til now :O I can't believe I lasted this long like seriously XD & as each release of their goes by , BREAKERZ always never fail to keep on surprising me , be it good or bad .

And after the release of LAST † PRAY / Zettai ! I LOVE YOU & now the impending release of GO , they always kept on pushing even more musical boundaries as each release goes by & for that , BREAKERZ deserves my respect super big time . unlike some jerks that I used to support in the local music scene , COUGH COUGH

The album PVs are different from the single ones! O.O Totally different? or just some things as more scenes, others angle shot,...?

from my own experience , the PVs plots that're found in their singles when you compare against the ones that're found in FIGHTERZ , they're all different =_= & it will not surprise me if the same thing will happen to all the PVs that will be included in GO D:

Only GRAND FINALE has a totally different plot from the single & album versions . The rest differ slightly in terms of colour combination & like what you said , more additional scenes & angle shots

Oh yeah , there's no making offshot of LOVE FIGHTER ~Koi no Battle~ in the single but in FIGHTERZ , it was included XD

FIGHTERZ version of BAMBINO's PV is much hotter than the single version cos of more upclose shots of the guys lying down which can be really ... @_@ :dead2

Also , an instrumental piece can be heard in the background which's actually the instrumental prelude of their new song GO ! :D



The name of the instrumental is not mentioned on their website but I read my friend Kaede's blog & she mentioned about this briefly in Chinese & GO ! is the new song that the guys performed last Fri at Budokan during WISH03 .

I can't really comment so much about this 15 seconds instrumental of GO ! :O but all I can say's , SUPER-HI-TENSION !! sequel ? 8D

I guess the reason as to why Everlasting Luv / BAMBINO ~Bambino~ is their best selling/charting single to date is because of the Detective Conan tie in while BAMBINO ~Bambino~ is their 1st song they started to get experimental onwards

BREAKERZ Announce Details on New Album Release with "5" as Theme!

As reported earlier, BREAKERZ have been announcing their new album at the Budokan performance in July 2011. Finally more details have become known on the contents, including the fact that the album centers around the number "5" (Japanese "Go").

The record is also the fifth album the three-piece band is releasing and in addition to their previously released four songs "Gekijou", "BUNNY LOVE", "Tsukiyo no Itazura no Mahou" and "CLIMBER x CLIMBER", the album will contain a total of 14 songs.

As usual there will be three types including two limited versions and a regular version of the album.

Honestly , I don't know what took DAIGO so long to appear on VS ARASHI , especially since he has appeared in previous ARASHI variety shows before such as the now defunt ARASHI no Shukundai-kun & the current ongoing Himitsu no Arashi-chan so it kind of make sense for him to appear on VS ARASHI next .

At 1st , I didn't know who she's until I saw a photo of her with MatsuJun's Domoyoji & I was like OH she plays Domoyoji Kaede aka Domoyoji's tyrant ***** of a mum :p

DAIGO almost stole the limelight from the other talento's in the group but surprisingly , he's not all that stupid & the games he participated in , he managed to nail them pretty well which I guess he's not such a crack pot after all XD

Considering that it has been such a long time since I watched a VS ARASHI episode , I really enjoyed this week's episode & hopefully this will not be the last time DAIGO will appear on the show :D

Er the setlist for yesterday's Animelo Summer Live 2011 is a bit ... skinny ? ._.

But anyway , I guess they had fun performing at Animelo Summer Live 2011 yesterday as this's the 1st time they performed in this event , from what I know .

I thought they might perform Hikari if not Tsukiyo no Itazura no Mahou since both songs were used in the Detective Conan anime but at least they did Everlasting Luv :)

yes yes definitely FIGHTERZ . Out of the 4 albums they've released so far , this's definitely my fave at this point in time

The musical variety & genres offered in FIGHTERZ just makes things a lot more enjoyable to listen to

Their older works are equally amazing as well even though their 1st 2 albums & 1st mini album did not include any singles

but FIGHTERZ's a good place to start for sure =D

Yup Sammy , BRZ's main music genre is Rock . I always have liked Rock music since I discovered music when I was 12 xD

but in recent times , they have become much more experimental with BAMBINO ~Bambino~ being the 1st of many awesome experimental rock tracks that follows :heart

BRZ does everything on their own , even though in actuality , frontman DAIGO writes & composes (he mainly does both but sometimes it depends) close to 90% of their discography :O

And for a group of guys who're in their 30's that're gorgeous to boot , I couldn't ask for more right ? :laugh

I'm still a Pop person but ultimately if I have to choose , Rock is definitely my fave music genre overall

Also , it helps that for Rock music , different other music genres can be blended in so easily as so , depending on how good/bad the final product turns out to be haha

I do still listen to pop, but not as much as I did back then. But anyway, I finished listening to FIGHTERZ album. I really like the album! My favorite songs out of it, has to be either LOVE FIGHTER and Snow Rose. Not sure if you'll kill me for this, but their music style sort of reminds me of L'arc~en~ciel's style. Ahahaha. Edit: Oh... DAIGO is a L'arc~en~ciel fan! Awesome!

But really, consider me as a fan now! :laugh

DAIGO's friends with a lot of musicians 8D inclusive of T.M Revolution , Acid Black Cherry's yasu (he even said that yasu's his aniki aka older brother :O) , hyde , Anna Tsuchiya (when he was DAIGO STARDUST , he called Anna 'my venus' XD)

I didn't know about DAIGO's talento side until much later on when I'm more settled in the BRZ fandom

ahahaha LOVE FIGHTER ~Koi no Battle~ is epic & full of win :laugh :laugh :laugh but their 1st track when they began experimenting onwards was for BAMBINO ~Bambino~ which was a big shock to me o_o

But it worked very well because so far , Everlasting Luv / BAMBINO ~Bambino~ is their best selling/charting single with a peak position of #2 . They were #1 for the 1st 2 days & the single was released 2 years ago exactly on DAIGO's then 31st birthday so you can imagine just how happy it was for everyone

They didn't get #1 eventually but it was still something worth celebrating for , especially since in the beginning , their charting power on Oricon was really lousy ._.

Ironically , both songs are composed by guitarist SHINPEI (he's the 1 that wears all the coolest sunglasses around) & yeah it's quite amusing he tends to compose the craziest outta whack tunes ;p

Both tracks come with 'dance' moves too , no thanks to DAIGO in his lame attempt to dance most if not all the time ~_~ xD

I saw the two PV's for BAMBINO and LOVE FIGHTER... When I first heard BAMBINO, I suddenly thought of 'Livin' la Vida Loca' by Ricky Martin. XDDD The way DAIGO moves his arms on LOVE FIGHTER is cutely hilarious... and then gets defeated by a girl. It's quite entertaining when rock bands adds dancing into their PV's. Aw man... LOVE FIGHTER got into my head again...

Congrats to them! Isn't it like that for a lot of J-rock bands? It's not everyday you see them on the top charts unless NO idols/very popular artists aren't charting. But still, as long people notice their talented work, doesn't matter much. But of course it's really nice to them on the top. :heart

Lmao, but it's nice to hear something "wacky." XDD Especially when they get soooo addicting, you can't get it out of your mind. D:

Yeah it's so embarassing whenever I see DAIGO 'dance' onstage , in their PVs & also during variety shows =_= but I must admit , since he's a talento , for him to do that & always get everyone laughing so bad at him , I say mission accomplished :lmfao

I've been with them since their single debut & I can say if you look at their early charting performance , it's really bad

Doors started opening for them when DAIGO revealed his true identity/family background is & he did that 3 years ago , a few months before their debut single SUMMER PARTY / LAST EMOTION was released

That is why if you compare the peak positions of their 1st 2 albums & 1st mini album against SUMMER PARTY / LAST EMOTION , the differences is quite ... staggering :laugh

People will always tend to say that it's due to DAIGO's family connection but while that's true , I believe it's a lot of hard work they've put in to get to where they're at now

Compare to other JRock bands , BRZ's selling power's the weakest but that's not the main reason on why I support them . I support them cos they make really great music & they're kids at heart at the end of the day hehe

Last week on DAIGO P , DAIGO played a rather long preview snippet of the live take of GO which took place during BREAKERZ 4th Anniversary LIVE WISH03 in NIPPON BUDOKAN that was held on 22nd July .

The footages for the live performance of GO will be included in the CD + DVD B pressing of GO (the album) & the song serves as track #1 in the guys's upcoming new album .



GO sounds really fantastic *__* & it sounds like a hybrid mix of Tsukiyo no Itazura no Mahou & CLIMBER x CLIMBER to me .

Helps that DAIGO's the 1 that wrote & composed it too :)

DAIGO said before that it always has been his dream to conquer Budokan & the 1st time BRZ performed , I can feel so much emotions going though each of them

especially DAIGO when they performed Hikari at the encore . He looked as though he was about to break down/cry :weep & that performance was really unforgettable ;_;

Then again Hikari is probably the most significance song to the group because DAIGO wrote & composed it , specifically for all their fans & let alone when they finally got the chance to perform Budokan 2 years ago

LOL that's true , there's always a kid in everyone & the fact that DAIGO's a talento , it doubles the fun as it's his job to make people laugh at him whenever he appears on variety shows :p

They performed at the Budokan for 3 straight years already but yeah the 1st time when they performed 2 years ago , it was very emotional for them , especially for DAIGO



The last min or so from that clip features them performing Hikari as the encore no. & they wore the same outfits they did for the promo of the single as well

They usually close off their setlists with Hikari but that particular performance of Hikari they did was really heartbreaking ;_;

I suppose alongside with GRAND FINALE , Hikari is a very significance song to them , especially since both songs were composed & written by DAIGO himself

I don't know if they plan to conquer Tokyo Dome next but they have accomplished a lot & worked their butt out for the past 4 years so anything's possible =D

There's always that one particular song that makes everyone emotional. It's nice to know what BREAKERZ has achieved! Indeed a hard working band. A lot of bands these days in Japan deserve the best! :)

yeah the guys really worked their butt out for the last 4 years . They weren't prominent before but all that changed when DAIGO revealed to the whole of Japan about his family background 3 years back

The cynics will say it's due to DAIGO's family background that caused their popularity/name to surge a great deal , especially during the last 2 years+ . While I do agree with it , but it only worked to a certain extent

they still work just as hard as the other JRock bands that I listen/support , it's just that for BRZ's case , it's not often you have a stupid idiotic talento that doubles up as a rocker/singer/songwriter/composer in a JRock group xD

And haha LOVE FIGHTER is epic & kudos has to go to SHINPEI who composed it ;p

In fact , the single & album versions of LOVE FIGHTER are not the same . The album version is somewhat more electro heavier than the single version but both are equally whack :P

even if you resist listening to the preview snippets of GO , I still feel that you should at most check out the full length PVs that will be included in the album

This's probably the 1st time I've seen Being uploaded their full length PVs , something that wasn't present for BRZ's previous albums o_o so please take this chance before Being might remove them from their YouTube channel :O

anyway , judging from the preview snippets , it sounds to me that the guys are heading back to their 3rd album BIG BANG ! , only a lot more polished & stronger ... I hope

I hope my gut feeling on this is correct because in a way , I'm glad nothing in the previews sounds like poor cousins/copycats of FIGHTERZ

From all of the previews, I liked Present. It has a YUI sound! (*^^*) But that's just me! :laugh

I don't know if it's a good or bad thing but this's the only new track SHINPEI composed in GO , so probably good ?

I mean , I take it over DESTROY CRASHER which was random nonsense ~_~ xD

Somemore , outta the 3 , SHINPEI composes the least but most of the time , his compositions are awesome . I guess it's quality over quantity , just like the very 1st track he composed which he did so well in doing so , aka Ao no Mirai *__*

^There was another preview that stuck out to me and it had that solo Koshi sound. XDD But I can't remember which song it was! D:

er ok o_o but since I'm not familiar with Koshi's solo songs , I can't really say anything about it :O

But anyway , seems that the previews for GO borrow quite a lot of elements from their BIG BANG ! album :O

Like , I can hear influences of Koko Dara Dashite for the preview of Sabishigariya　

I never like Koko Dara Dashite but I must say , the live version of it really kick some serious ass
