I had an Ayu dream too last night! She was releasing a 51st single, called TEA/mini. The covers were really nice, her hair was like the Sweet Scar music video, but brown and she was wearing a red bandana. The backgrounds were like grey, but cherry red on the CD only version.

Im not burned out... Im just wanting to go to japan now! lol... holy cow... less then a week before I leave.. (well, 2 but Im leaving home a week early!)

ayu-mi-x II (JPN ver) is SO FLAWLESS. You know, I can't even remember when I got the CD...I want to say it was a gift, and that I got it about 10 years ago. It was one of the first Ayu CDs I got, and her first remix album, and I played it so much that I fell in love with every single track on it. Same with the Daybreak single. I got them around the same time and listened to them so much that whenever someone says 'ayu remixes' those are the standards I judge them by.

I actually really like the way the ayu-mi-x II release series was handled; I think it's kind of a shame that the subsequent releases were limited to NSSM/AO versions. I would have loved to see another couple of discs for ayu-mi-x IV that had longer, more creative mixes, given the kind of material they had to work with from I am... (Of course, there's a ton of mixes from that era floating around, I'm just being greedy, lol.)

I just fell in love instantly when I listened to an excerpt of immature for an ayu-mi-x album, ayu-ro-mix 3 from the super mega mix. I just love how it sounds and I'm on LOVEppears hunting that time :D

Does anyone have problems playing Ayu's latest album on their devices ?

I put her latest album on my Galaxy S3 and for some reason the songs don't have sound...it plays, but the sound doesn't come out. The other few songs I have on there from her work fine, so do songs from other artists. :/

Actually, if you watched the video, Ayu seemed to be mesmerized (interested) with Gaga. They even talked while the hosts were talking. When I watched that episode, I didn't get the feeling that Ayu was shading Gaga. Ayu even calls Gaga "Gaga-sama" on Twitter.

Man, I was at a used CD store yesterday in Tokyo and they had the vinyl Ayu-Mi-X for about 3400yen!!

YEP! I got here Thursday night and decided to brave the city friday!
I was a little upset because the bookoff I went too didnt really have a lot of ayumi stuff (It had A LOT of copies of rock n roll circus... lol which made me laugh for some reason) But It didnt have much else.
The off the wall place I find had tons of stuff, but I didnt bring my list so i only got Memorial Address DVD version (I had lost the DVD so I needed another one) and Crossroad... I was gonna get the vinyl, but it was SOOOOO heavy.
They also have the limited edition Koda Kumi JAPOSQUE (spell?) but I didnt get that either... lol.. I have to go back if I can find it!)

lol... I dont know... lol... I saw all this stuff I wanted to buy, but had to wait... I need to get my apartment first! But everywhere I went AKB48 was playing... -.-

From 2007 to 2011 people kept complaining they wanted it short, she cut it, people were super happy~party for some weeks and them, they started complaining like she was appearing in public without underwear.

Everytime I listen to Catcher in the light, it reminds me of when I listened to it every morning on my bus ride to work, when I was 16. Along with most of the MY STORY album, it was just about the only thing I listened to back then. I had to sneak around, since my step-mom wouldn't let me use the internet, so when I put this on my mp3 player one day she wasn't home, I just listened to it about a million times every day. It blew me away then and it still does now.

After watching Kylie Minogue's Showgirl Tour it kinda reminds me of Asia Tour 2007 on some parts, maybe Ayu was inspired by it. Like that sparkly top and short she wears for A MUSEUM that resembles Kylie's outfit in Fever Tour.

And I also wonder if one day Ayu would make a re-arrange compilation album like Kylie did with Abbey Road Session which has great re-arrangements. Power of Music's arrangement of vogue~Far away~SEASONS would definitely be included in that kind of album :D She could utilizes other genres aside from the club remixes and classical

^ikr! After watching her pre-2005 lives and got to see AT05 I was mindblown by the change! It was different from what she has done before, AT05 really leave a strong memory in my head

I think AT05 was great because it set a new standard for her annual tours. A MUSEUM is one of my favorite tours of hers and it's hard to believe that was ten years ago (!!!) but I just think it was such an amazing show, and AT0304 couldn't even remotely live up to it. :laugh But then she brought it with AT05, and AT06, and so on...

Indeed, AT05 until now had set a higher standard in her performances. I hope this year's would introduce us another higher bar :heart

A MUSEUM is also my pre-2005 favorite, I love the setlists and the costumes. The only thing I hate is the video and sound quality :laugh

listening to ever free non-stop after learning it'd be in the setlist. this song is so amazing! I remember I listened it some times before and always ended up thinking "omg, this song is so amazing!", but as it was never in my playlist I always forgot how it sounded. and now I'm trying to remember the melody and etc.

though it's nice to discover this song again ang again and again.

^ it is in the TOP 50 and the songs for the seltist will be taken from this TOP 50, so we can assume that it may be performed at least once during the tour.

I thought that it was just the top 50, so she will pick maybe 15~20 songs from the toplist and play that setlist everytime..? Like she did with Premium Countdown live, people voted for songs, and ayu picked 30 songs she performed.
