I like when the logos are simple, and I already expected it would be the same as the CDL. Better than the Cirque de Minuit messy logo.

Though I miss not having a new A variant this year. I love having a different A design for each tour. 2006's A is still my favorite.

Probably. That whole corner looks busy with so many advertisements around, so for me it's hard to see any one thing standing out more than another. Except the street. The street looks nice. Because it isn't cover in ads. Yet.

Off topic: it is funny that we have no information for her new album at all. No song title being leaked.

Im guessing she may release the album 1-2 weeks before the tour

which may mean an announcement in early april

which coincides just after the release of ABEST-15-

which means people will pay attention to it since there is some ABEST-15- promo going on and she will be in the news

i had this imagination that she may shape the tour using the four elements in Moments (the flower, wind, bird and moon) as the elements of Japan. I feel that those really capture some essence of traditional Japanese culture and it would be really beautiful.

Wind = fast songs (Fly High, evolution)
Flower = vogue, GREEN, Ivy,
Bird = (no idea LOL)
Moon = MOON and other sad ballads

Bird - songs with references to feathers and wings lol

Kachou fuugetsu themed tour would actually be really nice lol and it fits the made in japan idea lol

^ Using drone to record her concert is a cool idea, but due to safety issue (last year drone crash interrupts US Open tennis), I doubt they will consider it.

I am..., vogue (the entire trilogy, actually), monochrome, Real me, and ourselves are so amazing. They'd fit this tour perfectly, imo.

It really depends on the person who controls it. Drone has been using for many things.

I have always thought they're already been using drone on her concerts for years now. I wonder if its just me but has anyone notice drones flying around/near the stage sometimes especially around when the silver tapes are being exploded?

^ I've seen cameras like that but they're attached to cables from the ceiling, not sure if this is what you mean? I mostly notice them at yoyogi when I'm sitting at the top floor.

They use more advance technology rather than using drone...
I think the technology they use for aerial shot is used by football or many sports event...

Drones are noisy, using them in a concert is not only dangerous but distracting. They're funny though.

There isn't a drone on earth that wouldn't be drowned out by the sound of the concert itself. Audio pickups shouldn't be on there, sure, but the audio should come from the soundboard anyway.

That said, concerts are gonna want to use really large jibs anyway. They're far easier to control and much more reliable, even if the arm is a bit intrusive for some members of the crowd.

Drones can achieve some AMAZING shots, but for concerts the audience is at risk tbh.

I didn't mean only sound, but visual wise are distracting, I was in a concert with a drone and, for few minutes, the whole audience was watching at the drone instead the artist.
It's like using phones or cameras to record/make photos of the concert, you get easily distracted by the screens.
I'm not 100% against drones, but I prefer them only for pv's, flims, cinematographic use and so.

Drones are not good in places with a lot of wireless signals in a concentrated area. It could lose signal and crash. A good alternative is -

Colours banner on the same spot could still be noticed from inside the train while it was approaching the station on a quite large distance, so the fact that this one doesn't stand out from just across the street says a lot about the design (considering that's the Shibuya crossing, I honestly can't think of another position where it could be better visualized than the one were the picture was taken, if you get much closer, it's gonna be too high to be easily noticed)... Tbh, if they're gonna put a banner at the Shibuya crossing, it's kinda important to make a design that stands out on no matter what side of the street you are. The Colours one did that...

No for me. That tour in 2002 damaged ayu's ear. I wouldn't want her to do another tour that damages her body.

I thought concert tour 2000 and DOME TOUR 2001 are what killed her ears.

Story goes that in concert tour 2000 she had an ear infection and didn't postpone concerts outside of like one, and the tinnitus started then...

And during DOME TOUR 2001, she had the bad fall and really bad hearing issues during rehearsals.

Just to add to the drone subject, if they want to use dynamic camera angles, which the drone would be pretty good to do it, they would probably have to do like Madonna record some of the footage for her releases: do the same concert without the audience, so they can have the camera crew on stage without distracting the audience, and for the safety of them. (I know that it would be pretty cool to have the drone flying around and showing the public reaction, but it's not safe).

Yeah, that's what I remember. I don't recall anything about 2002 concerts affecting her hearing... At least not more than it was already damaged from previous years.

Actually I've been doing a bunch of studying on Ayu's Secret Live, and the issues started during THAT show. She was getting over a cold & ear infection the day of the show.

Then in Concert Tour 2000, she got a cold during rehearsals for act 2 and some shows had to be delayed while she recovered, and guess what? She was having trouble with her ear. I actually remember that from news reports that fan sites were sharing at the time. I thought for ages that THAT was when it started, but nope. Secret Live. Pretty crazy how far back the issue goes.

:( It's sad that she had to go through this. She's really gone through some difficult stuff during her career.

So sad, really. Her career was just blossoming (super quickly) and by then she was already having to deal with these issues.

I suppose that would make it worth it, but the anxieties it must have caused her I would imagine were quite powerful.
