Yes, that is only the CD+DVD version, the DVD that comes with the album only contains the PVs. It was released long before the start on a-nation '06.

It will air on TV at September the 30th, as for the DVD we have no clue when it will be released.

^Probably October-ish like last year.

As always though, the DVD will most likely feature cut performances by everyone in order to feature some of the lesser known acts while the TV version will focus just on those on the webpage.
