OFF is an interesting title. Maybe she's popping out singles so fast to make up for the lack of them recently.

And the rest are add-ons. What we don't know about the new single [SUPPOSEDLY] is how many more tracks they'll add.

I don't really get how you could be sick of two new songs with each single. More material should = happier fans, as there are some artists who barely put more than two/three total tracks on a single :\

Well it seems like that for now, ayu just goes in and records 2 new songs for a single. what's wrong with only one ? or why not a triple a-side ??

i'm just saying - repetition gets boring, and we'll end up getting the tracks on the album (which i honestly don't mind waiting for).

I expect that the next single might include 2 new songs and hopefully have 1 new remix. It's like...

When ayu releases a single on Sep or Oct, they have been ballad singles. You see, 'HEAVEN,' 'CAROLS,' 'Voyage,' and 'Dearest.' She needs a ballad to sing at Kohaku at the end of the year. Last year was the exception. She even didn't release any single after June last year, but she sang JEWEL at Kohaku.

I think this coming single might be something like HEAVEN. it has ballad (HEAVEN) and rock tune (alterna).

Whatever comes out, it would be great, though!

No it has nothing to do with releases xD.

Hmm I guess...probably because also she had a one-year break in between BLUE BIRD & glitter/fated so she wants to catch up and have enough material for another album by the end of the year.

That might be it though if they plan for the 9th studio album so it might be just in March-April for the 10th anniversary, we can't know anything yet... It depends if she'll have two more singles after that (to have 4 singles for the album) so I think the album will be released at the 10th anniversary area as well.
As another single will be released on December, another one on February-March and a new album on March-April (ayu's 10th anniversary). But go figure if it will be like this.

I think that after the I am... frenzy, avex trax has had a clear plan that every Ayumi album must be preceded by 3 singles. The last two albums have been exceptions because of Ayumi's sudden fangirling over Sweetbox/GEO and because of her eye damage.
Yeah, I hope they don't tie the 9th album in with the 10th anniversary. It's just so annoying, I mean.... "HI, IT'S MY 10TH YEAR, HERE'S MY 9TH ALBUM." The number 9 loses all of its importance when it's next to the number 10. D:

i think that all of ayu's strong rock songs sound different
so i don't think that this new single will sound that generic like glitter did

and hopefully the rock that they are talking about is a dark kind of rock! :D

if you look at 2001, or the intervieal between & and forgiveness, they are all less than 3 months. so i think they just release singles when they want to

Somehow, after performing at the a-nation concerts, Ayu came down with some sort of eye infection on her right eye.

There were no appearances or promotion during that time [which was probably around the time that she would've been planning a fall single..] This was most evident during a Zespri conference when she wore big sunglasses to cover her eyes. An excite translation of an article at the time:
Basically, it was probably bleeding in her eye or something. But that's not as bad as it sounds actually. XD

It looks like supposedly like this when it happens (depends on severity I guess?) but its probably why she wore sunglasses to that event:

I hope we will get the new Panasonic CM sometime soon! I want a preview or something already! Specially, since we knew about the new CM for quite some time. (I don't really like it, when CMs are released after the full version. Though in some cases it's OK - say: When the CM is original.)

Don't get high hopes for specific things anyone, at the end you'll end up not liking the single because of it xD.
ayu is just one person she can't satisfy all the fans on the best side because everyone want something else so just go with the flow and if the song is good enjoy if you don't like it then don't listen to it XD.

I would be so cool if Ayu does something like HIGH and MIGHTY COLOR's "Feel Like Dance". It's such a fun song. Plus there's rapping! I'd love to hear Ayu make some rapping like "Fly high".

Short light colored hair (refer to MY STORY covers) makes her look old. Long dark locks make her look confident and sassy. And they don't have any affect on her age. :P

Actually, I don't think so....when she went dark/long+pin straight in late 2005, she looked a lot younger than when she had brownish hair for "fairyland". It makes her face look more radiant, IMO. What REALLY makes her look old is the long, terribly fake-looking blonde she sported this past spring during the Tour of Secret period.
