^ I wouldn't be surprised if Kiseki stayed on the charts for a bit longer. There's also a Rookies movie coming out in May 2009 (GReeeeN will be singing the theme song), and that might keep Kiseki on the charts for even longer! :)

Kiseki's a great song , it wasn't named the 4th most sold single for 2008 for nothing & it so deserved the sales :yes

hopefully before or after the Rookies theme song , a 3rd album will roll out :D

I don't know how will their 3rd album be titled man , maybe A.Domo on its own ? which will mean Oh Hi

^ High G.k. Low, OMG, I disliked that song when I first heard it, thought it was really weird, but then it grew on me, and it's a nice song to dance to! It's full of energy.

I actually just saw the music video yesterday for the first time. It seemed kinda cool with the little kids dancing and stuff. At times, it kinda looked like a GAP commercial, well, somewhat, lol.

LOL yeah High G.k. Low is either a song you love or hate . If I'm right , the song was used to promote Coke Cola which probably explains why the song's so cracked up :laugh

I just made a thread on Ketsumeishi, so check it out. Their music is pretty similar to GReeeeN. I always thought that GReeeeN were going to be the next Ketsumeishi in Japan, believe it or not. They are very popular, but I dun think their fanbase outside of Japan is big, so if you never heard of them, give them a try. ^^

I actually found out that there was another group that never revealed their faces. They are called BEAT CRUSADERS, and they use these paper pictures to cover their faces. So, GReeeeN is not the first group to not reveal their faces.

I really like their teeth logo, I think it's really creative. But they haven't used their teeth logo in their single covers since Tabidachi I think, so it's been awhile.

^ The ratings were really good for the drama. And Kiseki was the perfect song for the J-drama!! I think Kiseki translates to Miracle, and definitely, the J-drama is about miracles happening! :)

you're right Tracy . Kiseki means Miracle in Japanese & for me what draws me to the song was the lyrics which's very touching

it definitely deserves to be the group's best selling single at this point in time

^ Kiseki must have jumped higher because of the Rookies Movie commercials currently airing in Japan.

It's still being promoted to some extent, and I think that's why it's still holding on so well on the charts.

I'm just really surpised that Kiseki has almost sold as much as their first album. That is very impressive to me!

And I do hope their second album croses the million mark. It will definitely be a big achievement, since nowadays, a lot of albums have difficulty crossing that mark, unfortunately.

About Setsuna, hmm... the song sounds a bit like BE FREE, then when it goes from slow to fast, it is similar to Tobira. But it is a unique song, and it's not some recycled song, definitely.

The thing I like about GReeeeN's that for every single they put out , it doesn't sound the same as their previous singles which's great

like for Ayumi , they employed the use of a violin

Ohhh... I LOVE THAT PART in the song!

I like how their songs use piano, violin, and guitar to make it sound very nice. I wonder if they have used other instruments besides these 3 in there songs?

The Rookies J-drama did really well in terms of ratings. It was one of the top J-dramas last year, and won the most awards I think at the annual award show for J-dramas (forgot what the name of that award show is called).

I'm sure there's a lot of hype and anticipation for the Rookies Movie, so I think this tie-in is really huge. ^^

I never watched Rookies but my younger sister does & she loved it & naturally she's waiting in anticipation for the movie to be out as the ending of the drama , she said things were left hanging on the balance

& it's though Rookies she found GReeeeN & there was 1 period of time she kept humming Kiseki over & over again til I cannot take it anymore :laugh

in a way I'm glad that GReeeeN's gonna sing for the Rookies movie cos I can't think of anyone else more fitting to do so other than them
