Also...hmmm well with the ballads thing, I don't actually mind, I just wish she'd sing more upbeat songs, and with avex, I think they allow a lot of creative freedom actually... I mean...Ayumi and Kumi have been writing lyrics since their debut, and the only reason alan hasn't really wrote lyrics yet is probably because she feels her Japanese isn't good enough yet. But she's already composed one track for VoE and then she's always talking about composing in your translations, pommy.

Swear is back on her site, says JPM. also, the song is not slower, they recorded the CM at 2x speed, and then they slowed it down to what we heard, so the actual single will be at the speed we heard it

what mcluva420 said is correct. It's a video effect to make the video seem like it is in slow motion while the mouth is in sync with the lyrics. Hard to explain... but here's an example:

then compare it with the real PV, you'll see that this scene seems like it's been slowed down, but the mouth is still in sync with the music playing.
