I think it's fake. I have seen this one and a lot of chinese versions of Avaholic and Fantastic Girl. The tracklist is always really weird and usually DVD is included. :P

Yh fake... Heavy world is spelled Heavyworld...Yume should be the Korean charecter... Dato is supposed to be the Korean charecter....I don't think there is a Brighter Than Sunshine PV...that is most defibately fake

plus the region number give it away that is fake
