I don't know what Korean beer looks like or what color it is but just because the glass says "Hite" (Hite is a korean beer brand) doesn't mean the glass actually contains beer. And who says it's her glass anyway?
About the cigarettes; Just because a pack of cigarettes is lying on the floor doesn't mean all people in the picture smoke. If Nana was holding a cigarette in her hands it would be a different story, but she doesn't (well as far as I can see).
Wearing having makeup doesn't make you a 'bad girl'. Nor does wearing heals. Nor does wearing a "mini skirt". Sorry but I don't think you can even call that a mini skirt.
