The trouble doesn't seem to ever end for JYJ. A notice from Oricon stated that they would not be including JYJ's Memories in 2010 DVD and Thanksgiving Live in Dome album in their chart ranking.

After former TVXQ members Xiah Junsu, Micky Yoochun and Youngwoong Jaejoong filed their lawsuit against SM Entertainment in 2009, the trio went to AVEX to sign on as a separate new group. AVEX however suspended their Japanese activities and gave their support to the TVXQ duo Yunho and Changmin. JYJ could no longer do any promotional activity in Japan and also were unable to promote in South Korea.

Netizens are outraged by these moves against JYJ. They have accused AVEX of profiting off of JYJ while not allowing them to do anything. Similarly, the Oricon charts have been accused of being biased and unreliable for pull JYJ's products from their ranking.

i heard that Junsu & his manager couldn't fly back to Korea.. not surprised at that, but nice to know they're safe! pretty sure the rest are too!
