After the meeting ended, Eric and Lee Minwoo immediately texted the other members to report the good news.

Shinhwa is holds the title of being the longest lasting Kpop group ever. Even though the members are now under different management companies, they have overcome barriers to retain the name of "Shinhwa" and all 6 original members are still with the group.

Shinhwa's representatives said, "Shinhwa company will be launched in collaboration with Open World Entertainment. Thanks to the understanding of each member's management companies, they will be able to do promotions as Shinhwa. The members will finally be able to meet fans with a great new song."

Earlier on, Shinhwa announced that the group will be making a comeback in 2012 with all 6 original members. Currently, Kim Dongwan and Eric have finished their military duties while Lee Minwoo and Junjin will be discharged from Public Service duties in January 2012. Andy is currently serving active duty and will be discharged in the coming October. Member Shin Hyesung will release a solo album in June.

The three members who have already finished their military duties, Kim Dongwan, Eric and Shin Hyesung, are currently working hard for their solo albums. In his spare time, Shin Hyesung is reported to be thinking about the concept for Shinhwa's comeback. Even though Lee Minwoo and Junjin are still serving in the military, the two members have already began preparing songs and choreographing dances for Shinhwa's comeback.
