Msta performance is vocally the best so far. I'm so glad to see her improving and growing. That's one of the best parts of following a *new* artist. While she may not necessarily be new to the entertainment world, she is to this solo thing. She's been a part of teams, units, and a HUGE group for so long and now she has to command a stage by herself with the comfort of her friends and co-workers. She has to continue to grow and create a niche for herself. And she will. After the recent election something sparked in her, I can tell. This is just the beginning, we're going to see a much more determined and focused Tomomi Itano this year I just know it. :yes

Yeah, good call on making this thread. It's cool to see that Tomochin has some non-AKB48 fans here. It's kinda like how Maki Goto has a different appeal from her Morning Musume fanbase, you don't have to like Momosu to like her and it's the same for Tomochin.

if you guys read the real profile information about Tomochin at her official website, it says:
"Who do you admire: Namie Amuro, Ayumi Hamasaki"

^I knew about Namie but I didn't know she admired Ayu as well. That explains it. Girl has great taste. XD

And I KNEW the Coming Soon!!! performance reminded me of some outfit Ayu wore before and yep, that's the one in the pictures you previously posted.

I have team K's visual book from 2010 and in it, one of the questions asks "What artists do you like?" and Tomochin said Namie there too (with EXILE being her other choice). I had no idea she liked Ayu too! But another one of the questions in the book was "What's your ringtone?" and she said Namie's "No" :D

Thanks, and that's exactly what I was thinking! My best friend actually hates AKB and Momusu, but likes Tomochin and Goto Maki, so that's definitely the case with some people.

I like Fui Ni, the song is very catchy. And she looks so sweet and lovely in the PV, her image is like a very sweet girl. Not a fan of Dear J, can't really get into the song.

Tomochin isn't high up in my AKB ranking or overall idol ranking but I can tell she's improving. I like Fui ni.
