Yamashita Tomohisa reveals details on his upcoming single, “Ai, Texas”

Yamashita Tomohisa has revealed the details for his upcoming single, “Ai, Texas“!

“Ai, Texas” is Yamashita’s first single from Warner Music Japan, and is scheduled to be released on February 29th.

As tokyohive previously reported, “Ai, Texas” is currently being used as the theme song for the drama, “Saikou no Jinsei no Owarikata ~Ending Planner~“. It was written by Tica・α (Yakushimaru Etsuko of rock band Soutaisei Riron), and composed by Nagai Seiichi.

The album will come in five different versions: Regular Edition (CD-only), Limited Edition A (CD+DVD), Limited Edition B (CD+Photo Booklet), Lawson Store Limited Edition, and Yamashita Tomohisa Shop Limited Edition.

the song is a hot mess, but I don't care for Yamapi tbh my least favorite JE (I can't with his acting and singing)

PV seems entertaining :)
A bit cheap, but yeah.. couldn't they just shot it in the US when he was there?

The PV preview for Ai Texas looks really cheap :x kinda reminded me of ayumi's Progress to a certain extent cos of the dessert green background scenes xD

you would have thought by switching to Warner Music , your stuff would be marketed/promoted by them so much better but I beg to differ :tired

Anyway I wait for the full version of the PV before I say anything further
